To unlock these characters cars, you have to beat them in Survival Mode:

Cop Car P34: Beat oppenent 38.

Daijiro Inada's Stream Option Z33: Beat opponent 15.

Keiichi Tsuchiya's AE86: Beat opponent 32

Manabu Orido's Eclipse Advan JZA80: Beat opponent 20

Manabu Suzuki's RB1: Beat opponent 10

Tarzan Yamada's Taisan Benihana Viper: Beat opponent 26

Zaku's B310: Beat opponent 5

You must complete all seasons in D1 Series including Custom and beat Survival Mode.
