Mini Ball Unlockable Teams

Besides the VC and 2k sports teams (both unlocked by codes), there are other teams you can unlock by buying mini balls (100 points each) at your crib, each mini ball represents what team you are unlocking (Ex. If you buy the All-Time Lakers ball you get the All-Time Lakers team).
