Hold (L) and press (C-Down)x2, (C-Up)x2, (C-Down)x2, (C-Right)x2, (C-Down) at the options screen. The eight digit of the "Specials" option will change to the number "1" to confirm correct code entry. Return to the main menu, select the records option and enter the team stats screen. Press (C-Up)x10. A modify teams menu will appear. Highlight a team and press (A), highlight a second team and press (A) again. The first team's roster will appear on the left side of the screen. Press (B) to change the team on the right side of the screen. Press [Up] or [Down] to highlight the player to be replaced; press [Left] or [Right] to highlight the replacement player. Press (A) to make the trade. Press (Start) to advance to the next team to modify. Note that only two custom teams can exist at once.

Hold (L) and press (C-Right), (C-Left)x2) three times at the options screen. The tenth digit of the "Specials" option will change to the number "1" to confirm correct code entry. The Williams Entertainment, Canada, USA, and 99er teams will be available for selection.

Pause the game during the opening face off and select the replay option. Press (L) or (R) to cause a player to flash. Press (Z) while the player is flashing to make him invisible. The entire team can be modified in this manner.

Hold (L) and press (C-Right), (C-Left)x2, (C-Right), (C-Down), (C-Up)x2, (C-Down), (C-Left), (C-Right)x2, (C-Left), (C-Right), (C-Left) at the options screen. A fight will break out at regular intervals.

When at the Options menu, hold either C Up, C Left, or C Down and press R. You should then see a line of numbers called ''Specials'' at the bottom of the screen. Here are some numbers to input to edit the characters:

Highlight practice mode on the main menu and press (A) on controllers one and two simultaneously.

Press (A)(20) at the title screen.

Press (Z) in the options, setup, or audio menus. An advertisement will scroll across the lower part of the screen. A different ad appears each time (Z) is pressed.

Enter the team select screen. Then choose an opposing team and press the (C-Right)x3. Select your team, and start game play.

Place the player with the puck between the face-off circles and press (A) + (C-Down).

Pause the game and enter the options menu. Hold [L] and press [C-Left]x9. The seventh digit of the "Specials" option will change to the number "1" to confirm correct code entry. Resume game play. The score will change to "Them 1 - You 0" and the game clock will be set to "0:00". To activate this code without ending the game, use it immediately after a goal or at a face-off before the puck is dropped.

Hold (L) + (R) to re-center any screen. Release both buttons to keep the screen in its new position. Hold (L) + (R) again to return to normal.

Hold (L) + (R) and move the Analog-stick to shift the screen. Release (L) and (R) to lock the screen in that position. Press (L) + (R) again to return to normal.

Enter main menu and highlight the play game option. Hold any "C" button and press (Start). A game featuring Wayne Gretzky and the New York Rangers will begin.
