Cheat mode

Pause game play and enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: Some codes can only be enabled in the v1.1 patch.

nsopta	Full armor, shields, energy, weapons, plasma bombs and ammo
nsbagwan	Toggle ultra-shields until end of level.
nse	Full energy
nsbjipp	Toggle maneuvering jets
nsoptl	Illuminate surfaces
nsblaster	Toggle rapid shield regeneration
nshorsley	Toggle rapid energy regeneration
nsdiebesterds	Faster weapons firing
nsopts	Valid code that has no effect
nsfricoff	Toggle air friction
nsdeath	Death skill level
nshalt	Hover at minimum throttle
nsoptm	Full map
nswarp<episode><level>	Level select
nsdebug	Debug mode

Command line parameters

Start the game with the one of the following command line parameters

-debug	Debug mode
-nosound	Disable sounds
-file <filename>	Load external resource file
-warp <episode,level number>	Level select
-skill <skill level 0-3>	Skill level select
-record <filename>	Record a demo
-play <filename>	Play a recorded demo

Network mode cheats

Start the game with the -boom <number of players> command line parameter to initiate a network game. Use one of the following additional command line parameters

-cheater	Faster weapons firing
-dogfight	Dogfight mode
-cooperative	Cooperative mode
-capture	Capture the flag mode
-noenemies	Disable enemies
-noenemies	Disable enemies
-respawn	Power-ups respawned
-name <player name>	Assign a player name
