Little Willie is a small helicopter that fits only one person. You can get it at your new apartment building after doing the "From Zero To Hero" mission. It is on the roof and costs $5,000.

To find a small plane go to the end of the small runway at the airport and there is a small plane! You have to do a mission which is quite easy.

Go to the hospital near the bottom bridge on the right side island. Go round the back and there is a air ambulance helicopter on a helipad. You can get in it and there is a air rescue mission you can do if you want. or you can jst fly about.

I have got onto the second island for a long time now but still havent found a helicopter... Until... I foundly got one that has cannons and is at your appartment. Its called Little Willie. Go to the save point you first get as soon as you reach the 2nd island. Its white and quite big. Go inside and up the stairs. You should see a door. Go through the door and stand on the heli-pad. It should ask you if you want to pay £3000 for the Little Willie. Buy it and Fly It!

Once you have completed the game 100% you can by Diax mansion on starfish island. on the top of the mansion you can by the hunter chopper used for the "last stand" mission. it is expensive..

I always wondered why vice city stories didnt have a hover craft but one day i found one. Go to your map. Zoom in and go to the bottom. There is a little boat deck thing. Im talking about the one that isnt touching anything. Go there. When you get there, a red hover craft should pop up. It is called Bovver '64. When you get inside, ther will be a mission.. You can cancel by pressing up and you can still ride it. Enjoy.

Go to the bridge in little hati and drive as fast as you can!! you will see a car under a bridge...its funny!! trust me!! well it can come down if you shoot it and yes there will be a person in it!!! well hope it works for you!!!

Go to the pier behind the greasy chopper and there should be a skimmer.

Complete Lance's mission "From Zero To Hero". The Splitz-6 ATV that can travel on land and water will appear at the compound safe house.

Walk up behind someone, then press Triangle. Their arms should be in the air. Press Triangle again to break their neck.

To easily destroy durable vehicles (for example, tanks and Army trucks), throw Molotov Cocktails at them. Tanks usually take about three to five Molotovs. Army trucks and others like it take about two Molotovs. Almost every other vehicle only requires one Molotov to destroy them. Note: A Flamethrower is also a good alternative. However, if confronted by a massive group of tanks and trucks, you must have lots of health, armor, and ammunition if you are out of Molotov Cocktails.

You can reach maximum speed on scooters and motorcycles by pressing Up slightly on the Analog-pad to duck your head. Do not press it all the way or you will stand up, which makes you go slower. You cannot steer while doing this.

To find some of the best cars, drive to Starfish Island. Take the first left turn and then a right turn. You will find a Cheetah, Infernus, etc.

To do a back flip, enable the "Perfect handling" code and go up a ramp. Just before you go off the ramp, jump. You should do a back flip. Note: This may require a few attempts.

Steal a Banshee. Then by ramming objects only, break the hood off the Banshee. Then crash the car at high speed head on into a telephone pole. For the trick to work, you must hit the pole in the dead center of the engine. The car will now be skewered by the pole and cannot be taken out.

If you still haven't finish the game 100%, you can find a hunter chopper at escobar airport after finishing all missions. you can find it in the area where there is a small plane and a runway, try finding it at the right side.

Go to the first island in Little Hati. Go to the Main road along the side of the island where to the bridge that you go under. Go really fast in a fast down that road and when you reach the bridge and your under it you will see a car or van stick upside down to the bridge. I always have a red and white van when it happens. It doesnt always work, but its funny.

During game play, enter the Weapons 3 cheat over and over again really, really fast and suddenly you will get a glimpse of Vance folded up in midair floating.....????...it always work or it might not work but its funny.

To do this glitch go to your first safehouse and there's a ship a little behind it. Go to the back of the ship and jump into the water and where the ship touches the wall, swim into there then turn left into the wall and swim as fast as you can into the wall(sometimes it works some times it doesn't). After this you should pop into the wall and you'll be under the map. If you swim quite far you will fall for a while then you'll pop up on top of the map again. The only way to die in this glitch is if you stay in the water for a while.

First get a destroyed car, then drive it to your garage. leave the garage so that the door closes, go back in your garage and there you go a fixed car.
