Upgrade

If somebody is laking any stat (like Gaara who lacks speed) get a lot of points and upgrade the weak stat. Simple enough.

Another easy defeat

Using Itachi (again) you can use his technique and while in slow-mo just beat the crap out off your opponent. Before he's dead, gain your chakra back so you're ready for the next battle.
